
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact scandlswimwear@gmail.com with your name and order number to initiate your return.
We accept returns on full-priced items in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact. Once your return is received and assessed, a refund will be processed if the item meets our return standards.
Please note, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that appear worn or are missing tags/stickers.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you change your mind about your online order for any reason, you have 30 days from receipt of your online order to exchange or refund your items, provided they have not been worn or washed, and none of the garment tags or hygiene stickers have been removed or altered.
- Refunds are available for full price items only and the refund will be processed to the card or method used to make the original purchase.
- Sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items bought on sale.
CONDITION:
Please ensure that swimwear is only tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns or exchanges of items where it's obvious that this has not been followed. In all cases, the items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition with the hygiene stickers and garment tags attached. Any items in unsuitable condition that don't meet our returns policy will be sent back to you.
RETURNS COSTS:
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We recommend you send your return parcel on a tracked service and retain proof of lodgement, as all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Scandl Swimwear.
RETURNING MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL:
Items from multiple orders can be returned within the one parcel. Ensure the order numbers and product items are labelled correctly to avoid delays in us processing your return.
PROCESSING:
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the items within 5 business days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. While we strive to ensure 100% product satisfaction with every order, if you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on scandlswimwear@gmail.com and our team will work hard to resolve the issue for you.
